By creating an account or using the Rheevue platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. Rheevue reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Rheevue is a spot discovery and review platform focused on Ghana. It allows users to find, rate, and review local establishments including restaurants, chop bars, beaches, nightlife venues, and more. Business owners may claim and manage their listings through a verified business account.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including your real name and a valid phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create a personal account, and at least 18 years old to create a business account.
• Rheevue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Personal accounts may browse spots, submit ratings and written reviews, and save spots to collections. Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences. Fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

• Business accounts may claim ownership of listings on Rheevue.
• All claims require manual review and approval by the Rheevue admin team.
• By submitting a claim you certify that you are the authorised owner or legal manager of the establishment and that all submitted materials are accurate.
• Submitting false or fraudulent claim materials may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
• Rheevue reserves the right to revoke a claim if ownership cannot be verified or if the business violates platform policies.

• You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, descriptions).
• By submitting content you grant Rheevue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.
• You must not submit content that is defamatory, hateful, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.
• Rheevue may remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected to operate the Service and is never sold to third parties. Phone numbers are used solely for account verification and optional contact discovery features. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or business.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the platform without permission.
• Post content that violates Ghanaian law or internationally recognised standards of decency.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rheevue does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, reviews, opening hours, or other information displayed on the platform. Spot data is sourced from third-party providers including Google Places and may not always reflect current conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rheevue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on inaccurate listing information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
